This program offers education in Lifestyle Medicine and how you can add years to your life and life to your years in a way to give you complete freedom and control of your whole-person health. CHIP is an intensive lifestyle medicine intervention intended to prevent, arrest and even reverse disease.

This is what you will get:

  • FREE Lifestyle Medicine Consult
  • Blood tests for lipids and glucose
  • Wellbeing (before and after) report
  • Full body composition analysis
  • 10 weekly group sessions led by a CHIP by SEEDS certified facilitator
  • Access to Atune health professionals and expert guest speakers
  • 12-month access to the CHIP HUB platform with 18 online lectures by Lifestyle Medicine specialists and doctors to watch at your own time
  • Access to the CHIP digital kit (textbook, workbook, and cookbook) to download and/or print
  • Jump Start menu planning
  • Access to the CHIP by SEEDS private Facebook community for encouragement, mentorship, and more recipes
  • Amazing Recipes demonstrated and shared during weekly sessions to get you started on preparing your own Plant-Based meals
  • 10 weeks free SEEDS health & wellness club subscription (valued more than $60) to access weekly lifestyle support groups to support your journey (cooking clubs, walking clubs etc)
