Health, according to the World Health Organization, is “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. Our programs, workshops, and wellness clubs are designed to foster a state of mental and physical health.

SEEDS offers a range of hands-on workshops to inspire and support lifestyle changes and to empower choices towards optimal health

Health Clubs

Our Health clubs provide a space for peer support, inclusion and encouragement. From weekly beach or bush walks, guided runs, to crafts & chat, these gatherings help participants to develop healthy habits that will prevent diseases, and last a lifetime.
