Workshop
Presented by SEEDS Newcastle, join us for a gluten free sourdough workshop and light lunch from 10am-2pm on 3 April 2022, in the gorgeous new Food Farmacy at Cardiff South in their learning space.
We are thrilled to be able to present gluten free sourdough in an approachable way – where you will learn to make a gluten free sourdough loaf that is achievable for a home-baker and capable of fitting into your busy schedule.
The class will be a combination of both hands-on learning and demonstration by SEEDS Newcastle. The workshop includes a plant based lunch prepared by Living Loaf and Food Farmacy, your own sourdough kit, loaf of bread and a private shopping experience at The Healthful Pantry.

FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE
1. You will be required to bring a mask to the workshop, remembering that we are in a facility that serves food. However, where possible we will endeavour to limit the use of masks. If you have a medical exemption, please let us know in the comments section at check-out.
2. We recommend not wearing any jewellery on your hands during the workshop. You will be asked to wash your hands prior to commencing the workshop and comply with hygiene practices.
3. Please wear closed toe shoes and tie your hair back.
4. If you have any allergies please let us know in the comments section at check-out.
YOUR TICKET
1. All purchases are final and no refunds can be given, please read below.
2. We have jam-packed these workshops with value and in the event that you are unable to attend, unfortunately we are unable to refund the price of your ticket.
3. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. If you are unable to attend due to serious illness or emergency (only), we would be happy to provide you with a sourdough kit and the workshop materials, to be collected from Food Farmacy in Cardiff at an arranged time.
5. If the workshop is unable to proceed on the scheduled date for reasons beyond our control, it will be rescheduled for a later date. If you are unable to attend at a later date, see point 4 above.
