An event every week that begins at 4:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until April 19, 2017

We like to empower people to be confident, and everyone should know the basics of self defense. The Brazilian Black belt jiu-jtsu instructor Fabricrio Pereira wants to benefit the Newcastle & Lake Macquarie community and is offering you a 4 session course and guarantees you will be able to defend yourself and be very impressed on how quickly you will learn the principal of using an aggressor’s energy to their own disadvantage.

Jitsu is a martial art based on the traditional styles of Jiu-Jitsu that originated and developed in feudal Japan and was used by samurai in unarmed combat. The core of the art comprises a system of throws, joint locks, and strikes. This techniques can be used by men, women, and children to counter aggressive situations ranging from unwanted harassment to armed physical assault.
