“Gluten-Free Sourdough Made Easy”
Gluten-free sourdough workshop and light lunch from 10am-2pm on 1 May 2024, in the gorgeous Food Farmacy at Atune Health Centre.
We are thrilled to be able to present gluten free sourdough in an approachable way – where you will learn to make a gluten free sourdough loaf that is achievable for a home-baker and capable of fitting into your busy schedule.
The class will be a combination of both hands-on learning and demonstration by Janelle founder of Living Loaf and Camila co-founder of SEEDS and Food Farmacy. The workshop includes a plant-based wholesome lunch prepared by Food Farmacy, your own sourdough kit, loaf of bread (to take home for proof and baking) and a bonus Gluten-free savory waffle recipe.
